The site was purchased in July 2018 for its value and historical appeal. WCTV is looking to reimagine this site and encourage economic and tourism growth in the region.

WCTV has engaged a team of consultants to assist with the preliminary development of the project. The team includes:

Consultant	Area of expertise
Hunta Property	Hunta is a Sydney based property advisory firm with a unique expertise in both front-end property acquisition, development management and project management. They have a diverse, yet specialised skill set with collective experience across, institutional, private and international clients. Working successfully with a broad client base means Hunta caters to varying client needs, whilst ensuring projects are managed efficiently to achieve the appropriate milestones. Hunta believes in building meaningful and long-standing relationships with clients who are aligned in ethics, values and principles and understands the importance of engaging the local and broader community in development outcomes. Hunta Property is acting as the development and project manager for this project.
Elton Consulting	Elton Consulting works in partnership with clients to make a difference to cities and regions, communities and organisations. Since 1989, Elton Consulting has been trusted advisors to senior management in government, the private and not-for-profit sectors.  They are engaged on this project to provide communications and engagement services.
Cox Architecture	Cox Architecture is a design-focused contemporary architectural practice with Studios located in every major Australian city. Their design ethos underpins every project. Key to their ethos is supporting the public life of our cities. They endeavour to do this by ensuring every project makes a positive contribution its public realm – that it gives more than it takes. Cox works within a collegiate framework allowing the best ideas come to the fore – they are ‘for the many by the many’. Their practice is some 500 talented architects, urban planners, interior designers, graphic designers, researchers, and digital visualization experts. They have a broad interest and proven expertise in many sectors – public & cultural, transport infrastructure, workplace & retail, sports & recreation, education, housing, and research & health. They have ‘subject-matter’ experts passionate and knowledgeable in these sectors. They provide urban design & master planning, architecture and interior design services in each. The role for Cox for this project is providing project visioning, master planning and urban design principles.
Mecone	Mecone is a leading urban planning, policy and development advisory consultancy with offices in NSW, Brisbane and Melbourne. Favouring balance between human needs and the natural environment, Mecone provides practical, economically viable and sustainable advice and development services to private sector and government clients. Mecone are engaged as Town Planner and will provide strategic and statutory planning advice.
Eco Logical Australia	Eco Logical Australia is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy providing innovative, high quality professional services. Their approach combines sound scientific principles and strategic thinking with effective communication and integrity. They attract, train and retain quality staff to provide expert advice and service. Eco Logical Australia are engaged to provide expert advice for Environmental and Ecological matters.
Associates Archaeology & Heritage P/L	Associates Archaeology & Heritage P/L has extensive experience in commercial archaeology and Aboriginal cultural heritage management. The company has largely focused on the Aboriginal cultural heritage of coastal NSW, particularly around Sydney, with some work elsewhere in south-eastern Australia (e.g. NSW Southern Highlands, Murray River basin). Most work has been completed for local councils, homeowners, developers, mining companies, infrastructure companies, Aboriginal community groups and increasingly as a specialist subconsultant for other archaeology companies. Associates Archaeology & Heritage P/L are engaged to assess and provide advice for all archaeology and Aboriginal cultural heritage outcomes for this project.
SMA Tourism	SMA Tourism’s core business is in strengthening business performance and increasing sustainability. They work across a range of business and tourism environments, creating opportunities that overcome constraints, achieve a competitive advantage and deliver sustainable growth. Creative and logical allow SMA Tourism easily shifting from market analysis to ideas generation, and from strategy development to implementation. SMA Tourism are providing WCTV with tourism feasibility and planning advice.
City Plan Heritage	City Plan Heritage places a special emphasis on striking a positive balance between appropriate change and the retention of cultural values. The City Plan Heritage team is skilled in the disciplines of heritage conservation and management, bringing together a unique combination of experience, qualification and practice in architecture, archaeology, heritage conservation and interpretation. They are often involved from the earliest design stage of a proposal in order to provide the best technical and management advice for all heritage issues. From large-scale developments to small residential extensions, empathy and respect for the work of the designers, architects and other specialists is assured, as is work quality and value. Input from the City Plan Heritage team assists a range of clients with decision making and approvals, demonstrating their commitment to meet the current statutory and philosophical standards.
